If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date, with proof of purchase. Note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for final-sale items, special orders, items that have been installed, or no longer in their original packaging.

Upon return, your item will be inspected and exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued for the purchase price. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws. Delivery fees are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or transit damage. NH reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client.

For an additional $50 per address, we can ship orders received by noon ET (Mon-Fri) to arrive in 2-3 business days (2-Day Rush). For an additional $75 per address, we can ship orders received by noon ET (Mon-Fri) to arrive in 1-2 business days (1-Day Rush). Rush delivery is not available to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, PO boxes or Canada. Overnight delivery is available to most locations in the continental U.S if order is received before 12:00p.
